Purpose of the Strategy

Helps users identify trend direction during the H1 timeframe and reduces impulsive trade openings by managing position sizes and risk limits. It is not a promise of trading signals and does not replace stop-loss 111.

How It Works

  • Uses the H1 price direction as a trend filter; does not promise to predict tops or bottoms
  • Recommends position sizes based on account equity and risk limits
  • When trading conditions or risk limits are not met, the system prioritizes blocking or issuing alerts rather than forcing a trade

Operating Environment

  • MetaTrader 5
  • A stable VPS or a computer with a continuous internet connection
  • H1 charts for EURUSD and GBPUSD
  • Enable automated trading and ensure server time settings are consistent

Installation Steps

  1. Download the current version from the Member Center and verify the file checksum
  2. Place the EA file in the MQL5/Experts directory in MT5
  3. Restart or refresh the Navigator and load the EA onto the corresponding H1 chart
  4. After entering the authorized account, server, and risk parameters, run the EA in the Strategy Tester first
  5. After confirming that the log contains no errors regarding authorization, instrument suffixes, or trading permissions, consider using it on a live account

Key Risks

  • Trend filtering may fail repeatedly in ranging markets
  • Spreads, slippage, and quotes from different brokers may alter the results
  • Position limits can only control planned risk; they cannot prevent price gaps from exceeding stop-loss levels
  • VPS, network, platform, or authorization failures may result in trades not being executed
